Easy, relaxed atmosphere and straight to the point. Basically, reviewed my experience and discussed availability. Felt like it was just a formality since the position was for holiday season hel.
I had some to the manager one day shopping casually and potential job openings and he directed me to apply online. I applied on their website and received follow emails in a timely manner. I had one interview and received an email with offering the job shortly after.

I had an interview today and it went extremely well. I had arrived 15 minutes early to the interview and the manager was in the process of interviewing another applicant. After the manager was finished, she greeted me and said she would be with me shortly. I walked around the store for another 5-7 minutes until she was ready to see me. The interview was very easy, she asked traditional questions and made me feel comfortable in the office. There was no pressure.
