The interview consisted of a multiple choice driving theory questionnaire, a numeracy test, and a series of questions about my background and how I would respond in certain situations. I achieved a perfect score on both the questionnaire and the test; however, I found that the interview format did not reflect my past experience particularly well. I was extremely keen to become a bus driver, yet I was not offered the role for reasons that were never clearly explained to me. Despite having several years of retail experience and professional driving experience, I was unsuccessful, and the company did not provide any feedback or explanation for the decision.
