Found the job through a recruiter, and seemed like a very good fit since the company is very similar to my current employer. Met with the Technical Director and a senior chemist. Relatively short interview discussing the similarities between Stahl and my background. Not much in the way of behavioral questions, mostly responsibilities and technical discussion. Was called back for a followup meeting with a marketing director, and that went well, but also fairly short. We discussed some new technologies and directions for the team.
