I applied online and was contacted in a very timely manner, which was highly appreciated. Had a second, nice phone conversation with the team leader and after that a sit-down with the managers of the Zurich office; Bjorn Milz and Mark Dowsett. Both of them extremely positive, straight forward and helpful leaders. It didnt even feel like an interview but more like a friendly conversation where we got to know a bit more about eachother. Second interview I was asked to give a 5 min sales speech where my creativity and ability to think on the spot was put to test.
