The process involved a psychometric test-Numerical and verbal. Then an interview with members of staff(HR inclusive) 3-man panel. The interview focused on your background, soft skills and most especially why you would like to work in Stanbic. After which you have a group discussion with an Executive director and then a one-on-one with the CEO.

It was friendly, and given 5 minutes maximum to answer each question, there were about five questions, and mostly follow-ups. I was nervous, but I was given a glass of water to manage.
