Very positive and inspiring. I was referred by an existing employee and got a call for a schedule of the interview. I arrived early on the first day which was basically for the documentation. The main interview was then scheduled for the following week. There 3 men panels two of which are developers. The interview questions were average in all and I think any decent developer would not have problem with them. Cheers guys and good luck.
