Panel Interview. 1 Round interview. The panel was made up of 5 individuals from both the CIB and the Human Resouce Department. The interview was held given the on-going impact of the Covid-19. The interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams. It was a virtual interview with the panel, lasted for about an 1 hour.

The interview process was deemed fair. It was a 2 stage interview levels. The first level was a panel one (with the hiring manager in attendance) while the final stage was one on one with the Head of Credit
