The interview was fine. It was a good experience. We first had a group exercise which was 90 minutes. I then had a 10 minutes case study presentation and lastly had a panel interview which was 10 minutes as well.

First interview asks technical questions about credit risk.
The next step is an Odyssey Assessment
Next is an in person 2 day interview/assessment where you prepare a presentation on a topic assigned, as well as scenario based group work.
Final stage is an EQ assessment.
