After completing & passing their online assessments, you get called for an interview. Went to their offices & I was interviewed by the HR team. It was a great experience as it was my first ever interview. They were friendly and welcoming

It was easy going,made you feel comfortable.The process is a lil long cause they have to do a background check,so you need to be patient.Make sure you wear formal even on Zoom

It was a group interview and afterwards it was a one on one. Questions about work experience and the product knowledge. It was pretty easy really that was in 2023 i don't know about now the kind of interview questions they do. Universal banker is in the call centre the one i was interviewed for

30 minute interview with a panel of two people , questions were general and required knowledge of standard bank as a company. Questions also asked were related to customer service . based on the star interview method
