Interview are attended at the Global Leadership Center and sometimes having the opportunity to sleep in their 5 star hot with a buffet of food available. Interviews are attended in their seminar room with a panel of interviewers.

It was friendly, and given 5 minutes maximum to answer each question, there were about five questions, and mostly follow-ups. I was nervous, but I was given a glass of water to manage.

The interview process starts off with your application then an initial screening which takes a few days and if you are successful you will be required to complete assessments. After the assessments, you might have to wait a bit longer for the interview and depending on the department, you might have to do more interviews or a case study.
