3 rounds of interviews. Spent 3 days in Johannesburg for the interview. Range of different interview styles, group and individual interviews. There were numerous psychometric tests as well and maths and analytic tests that needed to be completed.

The process for the interview was as follows: Screening via a call with the talent person, panel interview, with hiring manager and team, individual assesment, presentation interview with a panel including hiring manager and lastly a meet and greet with leadership.

The interview was set up last week Wednesday for This past Monday, it was a late interview around 16:00, but the team seemed really nice and informative, and they took time to answer any of my questions as well, I have been advised of the process after and await further feedback or instruction, process that would follow is a possible 2nd interview, which is based on their chosen topic which a panel will ask you questions on, this will be followed by a psychometric test and finally an offer.
