It was an online interview. There was one interview, followed by two written assessments: the IKM assessment and the Odyssey test. Background checks, including criminal checks, qualification verifications, and credit checks, were also conducted. The assessments were fair, and the interview was very relaxed. They got to know me first as an individual and then asked about current affairs. They then asked questions regarding my experience and academics. The panel was very friendly.
