Everything was done online through their recruitment system. It was fast and efficient and generally you get replies within a few days. Personality test and Maths Tests, not too difficult. The logic test can be a bit mind-boggling at the end. They are also very nice to give you a diagnosis of your personality/iq/strengths and let you see how you fare against the rest of the applicants.
