The interview was very subtle, with a major focus on testing my behavior. I had to arrive at SCB's headquarters at about noon, and after only a short waiting period the interview commenced. Only the head of HR was present for this interview.

After passed the online test, the next step was phone interview. I passed, then got invited to head quarter for face to face interview with potential user and group discussion/group interview. Also passed, the last interview was with the member of Board of Director. Passed and then signed contract.
