The HR managing the interview process was clearly off shored as it took them about 3 weeks to secure an interview date, after multiple emails back and forth. There was a lot of miscommunication. On the actual day, the interviewer was 15 mins late and was clearly too tired to conduct it. Interview ended abruptly as interviewer had another meeting immediately thereafter. I felt not enough time was given to me to sell myself as the interviewer took 30mins to explain on the role. All in all, the experience could be better as this is for a Director role.
