Interview was multi stage. Started with an online test, then followed by three talks: 1. Technical interview with a software engineer 2. Interview with a manager 3. Panel interview with the rest of the team The team I was asked to be part of was recently established, majority of them were inexperienced and the salary was too low to accept it. The project was new, not generating income, so little investment was put in there.
