There were some technical questions too for the role . I had to share examples and I had to explain what value I can add to the team. The first interview was with the Head of the department and the second one was with COO

First round with the Hiring Manager & team, mostly about experience in relationship management. Second round with senior bankers from other product areas, essentially the same interview as the previous round. Third round with the Head of Department and HR, again an unstructured conversation with some Q&A. They ended up with an internal candidate after all this.
