Most components were pleasant, easy going conversations focused on experience and competencies. Was an extensive personality/aptitude test conducted by a third-party that was lengthy, rigorous and formal but otherwise no odd-ball questions or anything like that from most interviewers, non-adversarial. Only negative was the time the process took, about 3 month in total, with long delays between conversations. Indicative of how long it takes to get things done.

Interview process was pretty smooth and I had only 2 rounds. 1st round was Phone screening and 2nd round was Interview call followed by HR. Panel was good and friendly.
