After that final interview, common question is , how do you offer products to the customer. How would you convince customers for credit cards or personal loan. How would you approach to negative clients.

self introduction in mandarin or english. then there's a scenario question, they would give you a scenario and you would have to tell her what you would do in that scenario, try to explain more and maybe give suggestions. then for the role play section, they would ask you to sell them a pen or anything you have in mind.
