At first, we have to apply in bank's website, then you will got email to take a psychology test, then if you pass the test, you will got another mail to take numerical and analysis test, the if you pass you will get another mail to take personality test the you have to wait for about 2 weeks, then if you are selected, you will be emailed and called by HR team to make call interview appointment. on the call appointment you will be asked for your background and several test case according to your experience. If you pass the call interview, you will get invitation to do user interview, this time you will be invited to the office. take about 1 hours interview with user and discuss about your willingness to work and some test case about daily activities in the bank. After interview you will take group discussion with another participants, the topic will be selected by management about the common issues in the market. Then if you passed, you will be called to take Country Management Committee to discuss about your background and what you did on the college and another organisations. They will ask you very random Questions. Then they will offer you.

First, I applied and took the test online. The first test was the general ability or abstract test, then some kind of personality test. If you passed those test, they will ask you to upload your cv, and then if they're okay with that, you'll be called by their HR. I got called from India, the lady confirm some of my personal information and told me that I passed the initial assessment and the next step is phone interview. She said she will email me and I have to book myself for the phone interview the next day. The phone interview was about 1 hour, and on the same day I got called again. The HR told me I passed and I will have to come to their office for business interview and group exercise. The business interview was about 1 hour too and group debate was half an hour.
