Took 2 rounds with more than positive experience, but when it came to 3rd round with the unit head, he won't cough up the coffers. Pls don't waste a candidate's time and energy when you don't intend to hire. First 2 rounds which were technical were superb where I gave in all answers related to technical background. Coming to the 3rd round, he started asking vague questions like convince me, how desperate are you and stuff. Very unprofessional and lack of basic etiquette.
