applied through headhunt. interviewed a BM, he said i ihave a CFA so should be great with market (i have relative experience as well) The HR replied the headhunt that during the interview with bm i didnt know any market to the point i couldnt answer any of his Qs. a load of BS! most unprofessional interview i my life. i later found out they had already someone for the position behind the sceens, interviewed candidates just to satisfy HR.
