Very short and casual. I first interviewed with a HR executive and later with the department manager where I was suppose to work with. Both of them were really nice and friendly. Offered me drinks and asked very casual questions like college and interests.

Online assessment (pyrometrics, hirevue). Assessment centre with other applicants. Includes a case study where discussion was watched on by team members and HR then interview with team members. Final interview with manager.
