The process is quite straight forward. You apply online, and complete a couple of aptitude tests (numerical and verbal reasoning) upon succesful completion, you are invited to a first round phone interview with their team based in Chennai. The interview is pretty fair - a couple of scenario questions, information about yourself and current state of economy to taste your business/commercial acumen. This moves to country level - phone or face to face interview. I had two. one phone interview, and one face to face with Head of function.

It all started with a behavioural test,then we had a logical and numerical reasoning test. Before the interviews started. We had a phone interview, then 1st business interview with a panel and then final business interview with the Head of the business.
