It begins with the completion of a short online application following which a link for the personality test is forwarded. If passed, the link for the numeracy and logical reasoning tests will be forwarded. After which (if completed successfully) a video interview link will be forwarded for completion. Next stage is the in-person interviews with HR, then the business team and then the Head of the Business Stream.

The final AC last around an hour include written test + panel interview
Panel Interview: Interview with 2 leaders, started with a presentation and Q&A, then CV based and behavioural questions

It all started with a behavioural test,then we had a logical and numerical reasoning test. Before the interviews started. We had a phone interview, then 1st business interview with a panel and then final business interview with the Head of the business.
