Took 3 months end to end to complete the process which was the disturbing factor. I applied online in January and then had my online test IQ, Mathematical and Comprehension. The result came in like two weeks. After one month I was invited for an on phone interview. Finally we were called for the final panel interview after 2 months which was way too long

After passed the online test, the next step was phone interview. I passed, then got invited to head quarter for face to face interview with potential user and group discussion/group interview. Also passed, the last interview was with the member of Board of Director. Passed and then signed contract.

The interview is an online zoom interview followed after completion of the online tests for numeral and logical tests. Then wait for the human resources to confirm for the interview.
