To start with I would like to mention that the process was a great experience and I appreciated the effort put by the Talent team and the interviewers. On the first call Michael from the talent team apart from the usual queries posed an architecture scenario that made me have to think and due to my experience I was able to provide him with the right answer. I appreciated that as that was something different. He was excellent and kept me abreast with the next steps, organised the sessions efficiently including providing names and the roles of the interviewers. On the day everything was set up perfectly such as getting my security badge and where I needed to go. Both my interviews were on site and face to face that I liked as in the second one I could draw up an architecture on the white board and explain that. The interviewer's spent time describing the company and what the role was about. Their questions were well thought out and they provided all the information for me to consider the role as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and am fortunate to get the role.
