The interview process was very unorganized. There was no recruiter in the process. It was all handled by by the hiring person. Same with other responses, had several Teams interviews and then onsite panel interview. Only one guy keep asking me question and the rest really didn't have much to say. After the interview, everything went silence with no response like your time doesn't matter. I probably spent over 40 hours from tailoring my resume along with answering their questionnaires, all the mock interview prep, and the onsite Business case preparation. It really not worth applying because the risk is on you, NOT THEM. It is SO UNETHICAL!!

I had an initial screening with the department manager. Then I had two additional interviews with the department leadership. The process took sometime which is to expected since they were interviewing other candidates. Good communication about the process and responsive to my pre and post questions.

- History of managing schedules, vendor & policy management, is helpful.
- Personal Behavioral questions are important for the 1st part of the process
- Customer service & inter-personal relationships are a huge part of the workplace culture
