I contacted Stanson Health through the "We Work Remote" job board. The initial interview was with the CIO, then follow up interviews included a coding challenge, a deep 1:1 review and debugging session of the coding challenge with a developer, and then a Google-Hangouts based white board panel session.
The people involved with the interview were very competent, and the interviewers were mostly polite and positive. The panel session was extremely difficult, and Google or Amazon level scrutiny is paid to your responses. Actual working code abilities are valued more than reasoning and structure abilities.
