The discussion focused mainly on my academic background, previous internship experience, interest in bridge engineering, and availability to work in the field. The interview was conversational and friendly, with minimal technical questions. I received an offer about two weeks later and accepted it.

It was a good process overall. The team is kind and enjoyed learning about my experience. They are honest and straight forward. They give good details about their benefits. They have strong passion in their work.
