Worst experience till now.. Initially their hr called and arranged a technical intetview , however it was for QA profile but the intetview was being conducted by some development team counterpart moreover that person for not even an engineer.. then they called again for 2nd round for having video conferencing call woth their onsite counterpart all questions were behavioural apart from QA , they were more concerned with QA cum development profile, again then after 3-4 days they called for hr interview, their process is extremely slow will call you again and agin in office that too in weekday , after hr interview again their was a call arranged with their onsite countetpart which lasted for about an hour . They said that they were more concerned for attending calls every monday they have a meeting from 10pm to 12 pm this call with thier onsite counterpart was just like a call. that was made to horrify the candidate no technical questionq at all only useless tgings like: You have to attend the monday call ,u have to stay late areyou ready? Their is very work pressure and all This recruitement was just for 1 position It was really the worst experience till now ...no proper communication by HR No proper interviewer Most people are from non engineering background.
