Fair but they took long to response. I start with an online interview with the HR person. The later call me in for a person interview with civil lead. The interview took 1 hr and I had in their downtown Vancouver office.

I found it very easy. Handed in CV and cover letter to an email recruiter and got an interview. Interview was very informal and chatty and heard back within 4 hours

Straight forward and typical of graduate engineers. Some questions on studies, interests, working style. Be prepared on how to answer how you would work on projects, tackle deadlines or plan workloads, communication ability.
