I was approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn, had an interview with him, a second interview with the head of the BD department, one with one manager of a team, last interview with both head of the department and management director in person. Very informal interview, general questions about my motivation and something a bit more specific about the role specifics but not that difficult -like making PowerPoint presentation or compliance. A positive experience regarding the interviews, I felt that they were nice and putting the candidate in a comfortable mood. Just, the salary range for this role (45000 euros )was lower than what I asked from the beginning so I would have preferred if they stopped the process at the first interview and not proceeding with the following steps if they had a different budget (also because I had to arrive till La Hulpe and they did not refund my expenses). Overall, it feels a nice place to work in.
