I received a call from the recruiter as well as an email indicating this position was for a GM opportunity.
I have multi-unit experience, and shared my salary expectations, and was informed this was for a sales manager opportunity so you need to put this out and be transparent with applicants and stop wasting peoples time.
The interview process was very easy. It was only a 1 part interview, no second one required. I was only asked about 5 questions and then was told about how the job actually is.
Needed to wait 30 minutes for interviewer to be ready, but after it went smooth and easy. Asked about background and some general retail experience questions. Overall a good experience.

Remote interview via Microsoft Teams, with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resource Manager. Regional Manager does another one on one to offer position. Then you will work with HR throughout onboarding until officially hired.
