They will ask you a lot of questions about bad experiences and issues you have encountered that look poorly upon you- What they want to know is how you overcome hardships and these issues - " Answer the question bluntly, avoid trying to spin it in your favor fess up to the mess up and explain how you address the problem moving forward
The interview process was very easy. It was only a 1 part interview, no second one required. I was only asked about 5 questions and then was told about how the job actually is.
Needed to wait 30 minutes for interviewer to be ready, but after it went smooth and easy. Asked about background and some general retail experience questions. Overall a good experience.

Remote interview via Microsoft Teams, with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resource Manager. Regional Manager does another one on one to offer position. Then you will work with HR throughout onboarding until officially hired.
