Initial phone interview followed up by two in person interviews for two different teams within the state. Two week wait to find out if selected after my last interview, never was called back. Looking primarily for candidates that already have proven sales experience so if you don't, you're close to being a dead man walking through that door. However, their hub in California forces them to interview a lot of applicants, especially ones out of college. But they need to meet sales goals, so if they don't have proof you can do that, you're out of luck.
