Received a phone call, met with assistant manager and then the Store Manager. Interview was very typical of retail. Questions were about past achievements, past work experience, why I wanted to work for Staples, how would I handle or had I handled difficult customers. Very friendly and approachable management - made the interview process a breeze - there was no anxiety on my part.
