Not much of an interview. We didn't even go to the back office. I talked to the sales manager, who basically told me what the job entails and asked if I'd be interested. The hardest part was waiting for a background check to come through from a different state where I'd recently lived for years, which did delay my hiring for a bit. Not Staples' fault, just a possibility to keep in mind. The store was desperately understaffed, so they probably would've hired just about anyone.

Basic questions asked not a whole lot to it pretty standard to any retail job. Can’t really remember everything they asked. Easy to pass job but hard job. Just act as if you have common sense.
