I was contacted by a recruiter 30 minutes after applying. Scheduled a phone interview for the next day. I was passed on to an in person interview with the hiring manager which took place the next week. After this interview I was told I would have to do a presentation for the final interview. It was nerve wrecking but great. I did the presentation in front of a group.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'altra fonte. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Staples (Pittsburgh, PA) nel mese di mar 2014
Colloquio
Interview over the phone followed by a joint interview with my direct boss and the regional director. They asked me about my negotiation skills. The main thing here that they are looking for isn't relationship building. They want to see how you SELL. How do you penetrate with the other lines of business. They want to make sure that you have impeccable follow-up as well. Don't stress the relationship building, stress the fact that you can actually sell to these customers. The old guard of account managers that do everything for the customer is going away. they want to see that you aren't going to be doing customer service work all day for your customer. They want you SELLING.
