Worst interview experience ever. The interviewer called 11 mins late and no apology or explanation followed at all. She repeated the same question over and over again despite my firm confirmation. If she thought my location would be challenging for me to come to the office, why did she even invited me for an interview? What was worse was this was already asked and answered via email communication as they sent me a list of questions to answer prior to the phone call. If you are not going to read, why do you even ask? She looked very unprofessional in many ways. Not to mention showing up late but also she didn't even know the position they were hiring was permanent. Very rude and condescending attitude. She also asked the salary from my current company and literally asked me why are you moving for the same range of salary like it's her place to say. I answered that the salary is not the sole factor that I consider when choosing an employer but just interviewing with her itself said a lot itself about the company. RED FLAGS. Couldn't believe that this kind of person is a Senior Talent Specialist.

Received an email requesting for a phone interview (30 minutes) where basic behavioral questions were asked. Then in the next interview was asked to work on an excel assessment and do some analysis.
