Short sit down with the store manager asking about work history and reason for wanting to work with them. Discussed sales techniques and experience with sales in my past work and jobs.

The interview process was really disappointing. I was granted a phone screen through a meeting site, but when I was there 3 min early I was not accepted into the call until after the meeting time. Then, she told me that I was late upon beginning the interview! With very little energy and a snarky tone, I was asked what is something they should know about me that isn't on my resume. Thought that was an irrelevant question considering the phone screen was to "discuss my experience" (resume?). Not impressed
