Process took about 3 weeks. I was first contacted by phone and had the official phone interview later that week. I was then asked to come in and interview in-person with the HR rep which lasted a little over 30 min. I was then asked to come in on a Monday to meet the COO as well as the head of the operations department. COO was very down to earth and we just spoke about day-day operations and how the company is growing. I left with a very good impression of the company as well as the folks I met and received an offer 2 days later.
