The hiring and interviewing process is ridiculous and includes about three or more interviews including one where you have to go to the headquarters in Kent Wa and be interviewed by every manager type that works there all at once , it’s such a long drawn out process that every single time I’ve seen this go on , when they finally decide to hire the person after at least 3 weeks of this process and sometimes more if yes, certain people aren’t available to interview with the group , the new would be employee has already accepted another job and the process starts all over with another candidate only to be discouraged by the long process and take another job and on and on and on
