Probably one of the worst interviews I've ever been on. I echo the other review where it felt like more of an interrogation than an interview. He kept belittling my experience and telling me I've never done anything like their product before, as if their products are anything more than something you'd find in any mass retailer. When I told him my salary expectation and that it's open for negotiations, he scoffed and say "well yeah I'd hope so." And that was before the interview started. He seemed mad that I couldn't give quantitative number on how much experience was boys vs girls when I told him my time was split pretty evenly amongst both. I wasn't mad I never heard back because there was no way I would work for someone who was so condescending for no reason and didn't even look at my portfolio.

The owner doesn’t interview, he interrogates. He take the resume and completely destroyed it, he asks question in a way of accusing and making sure the designer can do many jobs. He doesn’t know the concept of team work and department responsibilities. Instead of getting to know the candidate he interrogates them and accuses them for not being a place for longer periods. Terrible depress experience.
