Two part interview: Firstly one with HR manager and company’s director which was more to show me the history of the company and the direction it was taking. Also a chance for the director to ask about my experience and personality. The second half was with the Head of Operations and the Service Delivery Manager. They took more a normal interview approach to find out about my experience but made this process a lot more comfortable with the informal approach they took.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso StarBase Computer Services (Borehamwood, England) nel mese di ott 2015
Colloquio
The interview processes was as follows: an introductory phone interview (with questions such as why do you want to go into the field, where did you hear about the role etc, very straightforward questions).
Once it was determined I was suitable for the role, I was given a logic/mathematical set of questions to do. Once that was passed it was onto the second interview phase.
During the second interview, I was asked some "general HR questions" (E.G give me a time where you succeeded, etc.), as well as introduced to members of senior management.
Once I had passed the second interview, I was invited for the final interview.
The final interview involved 2 different interviews - one with Senior management and one which was a bit more technical and which analysed my CV and my skills.
