I was approached by a headhunter on Linkedin for this job, who conducted the first interview .It was a phone interview, she explained the job description, checked with me in detail about my resume, and asked for my salary expectation. Then she decided to recommend me to Starcite for another phone interview. There were two interviewers on the phone this time, one is from HR and the other is the operations manager who focused on technical part of the interview. A brief introduction of the company was given, then detailed description of the job, after which they asked me to illustrate what skills and strength I have that are fit for this job, as I mentioned that I used Excel for data management, they asked what is the most advanced feature I can use in Excel. They then asked me to provide examples of my experience dealing with a difficult client, and what motivates me in life. Then they told me there are two other candidates so they will make the decision within one week, and let the recruiter notify me with the result. The interview lasted 50min.
