Very chill. Mainly asking for availability and how I would handle certain situations. Thankfully I had a really outgoing manager who saw the skill in me even though I had no experience as a barista.

very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
