Very simple and easy. I went in and spoke with the manager, and was called to set up an interview. I was asked about my work ethic, previous work history, and availability. Was then offered the job there.
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
