Had an in person interview with the manager of the branch and asked basic questions. The whole interview was less than 30 minutes and they seemed more interested if I was a good fit for the team because I had no job experience.

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
