One day interview that took 30 minutes, simple and straightforward as I had previous barista experience. They had me meet a few members of the team after the interview to see if I was a good fit.

Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
